Southampton Ladies Water polo Team offers opportunity's for new improving players and players looking to compete at a high level. We have been competing locally and nationally for the last 2 years. Training has recently changed to Southampton, The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex Friday evenings 20:00 - 21:15.

All abilities welcome though some swimming experience is essential.
We finished 3rd in our second year in the British Water Polo League gaining promotion to division 3. The seasons runs from September to January, comprising of 2/3 matches per weekend in various locations. Other competitions in the year include London League and Hampshire League, we are also hoping to enter some tournament weekends.
